At a very young age I knew that I wanted to help people and be in the Medical Field. My path in healthcare began in 1988; working in Labor & Delivery, Women’s Health, Family Practice, and more recently as a Senior Practice Manager for CVS, managing numerous clinics and providers across Indiana and Minnesota. I have always had the dream of opening my own practice to provide individualized & specialized care. I live in Chesterton with my husband Mike who has been an amazing inspiration. We have raised 4 children, and now 3 Labradoodles! I love to travel, read, exercise and enjoy a great dinner with a good glass of wine. I look forward to working with the BEST Team ever to make sure you have a WONDERFUL Experience.

My life’s journey has been an enduring love story with nursing and healthcare.

Beginning as a candy striper in a rural hospital during my teenage years, I embarked on an educational voyage that led me from earning my associate degree to achieving my Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Ball State University and my Clinical Nurse Specialist in Women and Children, as well as a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Valparaiso University.

Over the course of more than three decades, I have dedicated myself to the betterment of women’s health. My commitment extends to practicing the art of uncovering the root cause of health issues, rather than merely treating their symptoms. I want to guide you not only towards recovery from illness but to help you understand and address the underlying factors that contribute to your well-being.

Alongside my wonderful husband, I am blessed to share the joys of parenthood of four children and the boundless delight of our granddaughter.

In addition to my passion for healthcare, I find immense fulfillment in the worlds of literature and travel. These interests, along with the precious time spent with my family and friends, provide the balance an inspiration that enrich my life.

I knew since I was a little girl, I wanted to help others. My mother was a nurse and I saw her passion she had to help others, not only in her career but life. I began my nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse and kept going until I achieved my goal as a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and a Cosmetic Nurse injector. I live in Valparaiso with my husband and 2 children. My nursing career started on the medical-surgical floor at a local hospital. Then I transitioned to Urology with a focus on men’s health. More recently I was an Employee Health Registered Nurse advocating for healthcare workers injured on the job and had my own business in Facial rejuvenation.

I have had Medical Aesthetic training through AMET and Advanced skincare Certification through Esthetic Skin Institute. My experience includes hands on training with Botox, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and chemical peels.

My passion for skincare allows me to help others feel confident and comfortable in their skin and I am excited to share my love of skincare with you! I am so grateful to be a part of the Perfection family!
